N4 not working?

Hey there for the last little while I have been unable to open N4. Says there is no IP?

What the hell does that mean? I have it saved as a page on my desk top. Maybe I will try to re-enter it.

Ok I tryed it but did not work. Gives me this message. No IP or ServerBeaconPort in URL !!
